What Causes Burining In Feet After Having Sex?
Question: i need urologist advise.Each time I have sex I feel burning in feet for 6 months.But from 1 month i feel constant burning in feet.My doctor did a finger test and told me I have prostatitis.
My doctor gave me vitamin b12 injection because my b12 was low.My nerve conduction test came normal.Neurologist inserted needle to check if there is nerve pinch in the back but also it was normal.
for 1 month now I have to go to urinate multiple times plus my urethra also burning, i am waiting for my urologist appointment.
I also feel dizzy at times what to take in the mean time please advise

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning in urethra and increase frequency of urination.
This could be either due to UTI or Prostatitis.Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine culture to find out the organisums causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
2) ultrasound scanning of abdomen
3) Semen examination and semen culture.
4) Swab test of a discharge from urethra obtained after prostatic massage (For this you will need help of your family Doctor.
You have appointment with Urologist after one month in the mean while you may start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
