What Causes Burnig Pain In Chest While Standing For A Long Time?

please see below
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
The retrosternal burning after prolonged standing is itself not typical of anginal heart disease. Moreover your tmt is also normal, so angina is virtually ruled out. Pain of heart is never associated with burning in sole.
The pain of retrosternal region is not associated with burning of sole unless two are part of some generalized neurological disorder. The other systemic disease which may be associated with two is anemia. More plausible scenario may be that two are different disease process. Retrosternal burning may be caused by reflux of acid into foodpipe. Such a burning is precipitated by overeating and drinking too much of water with meals.
Do see your internist to ascertain clinical possibilities and investigate accordingly.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
