Brief Answer:
It doesn't seem to be of concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX!

I am sorry you are experiencing such symptoms again.

I read carefully your query and I can understand that you are concerned but there is no obvious reason to think you have a serious disease.
If you don't feel anything suspicious when you touch your armpit (lumps ) ,you don't have pain ,your symptoms last for few seconds , you don't have any kind of rash in that area that would explain the burning sensation, you don't need to worry.

It possible that anxiety is making you have these kind of sensations.
You can consult a physician for physical examination just to be sure ,so you can rest your mind but there is no specific condition that can explain such symptoms.
You should try to relax and don't think to much about it.

It is true that diabetes cause peripheral neuropathy that can cause symptoms like vibration sensations ,pain in limbs ,burning sensation in limbs etc. This usually happen after some years (10-15 years) of uncontrolled Diabetes.
Usually peripheral neuropathy causes symptoms that affect distal parts of lower and upper limbs.Burning sensation in armpit is not a symptom of Diabetes Mellitus.
Most common symptoms of Diabetes are frequent urination, excessive thirsty ,weight loss with increased appetite, frequent infections etc.
If you are concerned about Diabetes you can run a Fasting Blood Sugar test to exclude it but most likely your symptoms are due to your anxiety.

Hope I have answered your queries. If you have any other question please don't hesitate in writing me.I will be happy to help.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

thanks for reply and such a detail answer. But the problem is i have a little rash in left armpit . it is rash or some little dark pimple type something . but i feel this burning sensation in both armpit. Problem is i feel this feeling suddenly and it remains only for seconds , this one is proper burning feeling. is it possible that if we are not cleaning or washing properly and we can develop some bacteria like something to cause irritation?. i can go to visit doctor only after one or two month when i visit my country. when i press this area i feel no pain and i also could not found something hard or different. but problem is this burning feeling . i have a little dark area in armpit and in between thighs . where i feel this burning feeling . i dont knw this one is due to rash or just due to skin folds. but this pain give a lot of anxiety . i was out of this anxiety from last 3 weeks and now all of my mind again here. my mind related all these things from the start. like still i have a little throat pain and sometimes i feel a little pain at the back of my ears. i am not a doctor but due to my anxiety i start observing things . like i feel i have these throat and back ear pain is due to some lumps. and after to much searching i found something under my jaw and chin line a small thing that when i press it moves. its on right side. its of near about a small one centimeter size something. is it normal to have such thing ?
. i am now shifted to a hilly area and here temperature is less . and i my colleges are also telling that they are feeling neck pain. All of these are comming in a sequence like. i dont have stomach pain from many days. and other stomach related symptoms are also improved like , stool and appetite . but now these irritation in armpit giving me tention, and now from today i have started my inner upper thigh a little pain. i think this may b due to anxiety or some simple muscle problem but things are combined .

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I read carefully your query.
Can you please send me a picture of your armpits so I can give you a better judgement if there is a rash in your armpits that can explain this burning sensation ?

It is possible that it is just irritation of the skin, that can be due to excessive sweating .You should keep a good hygiene especially in skin folds like armpits ,groin area ,thigh skin folds .
If you sweat a lot during the day ,try to wear cotton underwear , wash these areas twice daily with warm water and apply some moisturizer cream.

The pain in the back of your ears probably is just muscular pain and your throat discomfort might be due to cold or it is irritated due to acid reflux.
I can tell that is it very common to have small lumps in the jaw and neck area. Some are normally found and some are just reactive lymph nodes. The fact that it is small ,movable lymph node ,make it less likely to be something of concern.
You don't need to worry about it.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Brief Answer:
it looks normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for sending the pictures.
Your armpit look perfectly normal. There is no rash present that would explain your complains.
You should try not to think too much about this. Most likely it is caused from irritation due to friction.
Try to relax , keep a good hygiene of your armpits and see what happens.

Hello XXXX!

I had gone through your query and the picture you send .It is not serious and doesn't look like a rash.If you see closely ,the red dots are around hair follicles what means that is inflammation of follicles probably due to hair removal.
You don't need to worry. This may cause some burning sensation but not pain.
Just keep a good hygiene of this area .It will go away on it's own.

Regarding multivitamins ,in my opinion If you eat a well balanced diet with lot of green vegetables, fruits you don't need to take multivitamins. Despite this if you won't to take them you can do it since you aren't having stomach problems actually. If you experience stomach symptoms after taking Multivitamins ,you should stop them and you will be fine again.

Take care.

thanks for reply.its not possible for me to take proper fruits and vegetables. so thats why i want to take multivitamins. every single change giving me anxiety . can you please tell me that a little joint pain or muscle pain could be due to winter season? or any other possible reason?

From stomach disturbance to these all problems including eyes redness , muscle weakness, overall weakness , muscle twitching , vibration , back head pain, some skin redness, loss of appetite like things , sometimes i think these may not be only due to anxiety . its reality that many of these symptoms are reduced or finished like , i feel no general weakness or dizziness, i dont have back head pain and i feel properly hungry, and stomach is improving , its not fully improved but its very much recovered . considering all of these thing what you think does these may b general problems or related to anxiety?

Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

As we have discussed earlier ,your symptoms were not all related to anxiety but anxiety made them worse.
Some symptoms like stomach pain ,abdominal cramps , loose stools, weight loss, decreased appetite were related to Acid reflux and Irritable bowel syndrome.
Other symptoms like eyes redness, back head pain were due to tiredness, improper sleep, staying too much in front of computer ,etc.
Other symptoms like muscle twitching ,leg vibration ,muscle weakness might be due to vitamin deficiency or induced from anxiety.

The fact that your symptoms are improving is very good.In my opinion these symptoms are not related to a general disease .They are due to some specific conditions (acid reflux,IBS, flu ) and your anxiety made them worse.
In my opinion you don't have any serious symptom that would indicate a serious disease.
Your lately symptoms of burning feeling in armpits, little joint pain and muscle pain are minor symptoms that everyone can experience once in a while.

I would suggest to start a treatment (like Normaxin ) to control anxiety just for one month and see what happens.
If these symptoms persist you should consult a physician and get examined.
Some tests are necessary like:
-Complete blood count
-Thyroid function test
-Blood sugar
-Liver function tests
-Vitamin B 12 ,Folate ,Calcium, Kalium level.
Since you can't see a doctor and get some tests done right now , I suggest to relax ,don't think all day about symptoms and diseases ,eat well ,sleep properly.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Brief Answer:
You are welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I think it is time to forget that incident and go on with your life.We have discussed that the probability of contracting any serious infectious disease from that episode is very very low.Your symptoms are not related and don't indicate any of these disease.

Try to relax and stop thinking about it.

I wish you all the best and I hope you overcome this situation soon.
Take care.
