Brief Answer:
You need to rule out Urinary tract Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
I am Dr Deepak S Jois answering your query

Normal urine is straw coloured and does not have a strong odour. Dark Yellow colour with strong smell may be due to concentration of urine/Infection/Liver diseases.
Your age/medical symptoms and drugs that you are taking point towards Prostate enlargement which in turn is causing more of residual volume in bladder after voiding leading to infection.
Tamsulosin is very helpful in initial stages of prostate enlargement where residual volume is less. I think you have passed that stage which is causing you problem.
I suggest you to visit an Urologist for investigations and treatment of infection which is causing you burning sensation and for possible surgery to your prostate enlargement.
Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know, we are here to help you. All the best.
