What Causes Burning Greenish Vaginal Discharge When Diagnosed With Cervicitis?

Question: I am a 33 female who is suffering from burning and greenish vaginal discharge for a while(about 3 month) . I was diagnosed for cervicitis by the Papsmear test. No STD or even BV. My Dr prescribed me a complete course of Metronidazol, then Ciprofloxacine and then Azithromycin and now in the last visit another course of Metronidazol after Pelvic Examination.She said that I am doing better, But I myself don's see any improvement in Vaginal discharge and burning. I want to know is that normal to have a cervicitis that does not disappear even after 4 courses of antibiotic?

The discharge should have reduced.

Please get high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test done.

This test identifies the organism infecting and also the antibiotic it is sensitive to.

So the Papsmear is not accurate enough? Because my test was negative for any Bacteria(BV or Trich and...)

Pap smear is likely to give wrong report. High vahinal swab is ideal test.
