Brief Answer:
Friction rub likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The burning is due to the friction rub due to vigorous sex. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. XXXXXXX it dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area or use a thin layer of Vaseline. Creams containing ceramides may be helpful but avoid use of any creams containing propylene glycol, lactic acid, urea or salicylic acid.
This is likely to improve in next 5-7 days.
