Dear XXXX
If there is no redness and discharge from the opening of Urethra, then the cause of such symptoms is likely to be due to fungal infection.
I would require additional information before I could suggest you medication
1. Is there any redness at the tip?
2. Is there any discharge from urethral opening?
3. Is there redness of glans of penis?
Do get back to me with the details. Also providing clinical photograph will be very valuable.
Awaiting your response.
Take Care

I have uploaded the photograph. I don't find any discharge. I have redness in the tip.
Brief Answer:
Possibly fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The photograph is not clear because of glare of flash.
Its likely to be fungal infection.
I would suggest the following
1. Clean the area thoroughly with warm water thrice a day and dry i completely
2. Apply combination of Clotrimazole (Antifungal) and Betamethason(steroid) to the affected area. One of the brand i could suggest is Candid B Ointment. Continue applying it for 2 weeks. It will take couple of days for improvement to start
3. Tablet Hydroxyzine or Cetrizine will help control itching
Do keep me informed about progress.
Wish you great health
