What Causes Burning Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Shoulder?

Question: I have had an issue with my left shoulder for a little while now. I work in a nursing home currently and I noticed one day a burning like pain in my left shoulder. It usually progressed throughout the day, barely feeling it in the morning. Now the feeling has changed to the burning plus a tingling sensation. I don't feel any weakeness in the muscles in my shoulder or anything, it's more a nuisance than anything. I was just wondering how serious this seems/if I should see a doctor?

Probably degenerative spine disease.
