You may get relief by taking Sompraz-L once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Also avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, spicy food. Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed 2-3 hours after taking food.

Hi doctor, Thank you for the assistance. I will follow the same.Are there any other side effects due to this tablet ? And also is it okay to consume green tea instead ?
Also i forgot to mention that i recently joined aerobics in the morning and i feel dizzy and pukish after sometime of work out. Does this go off gradually or should i have to eat anything before going ?
