Brief Answer:
How are your neck movement ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me-
1. Duration of suffering and any chronic disease like diabetes?
2. Do you have tingling and numbness in arm along with restriction of neck movement?
Going by the symptoms you have, it could be cervical disc prolapsed and other possibility is migraine. X-ray cervical spine will help.
Meanwhile my suggestion would be take vitamin B12 and B6, regular exercises along with Ibuprofen and drug Gabapentin for headache and pain in arm will help.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care
