What Causes Burning Sensation After Urination?

Question: Hi,
I sometimes have burning sensation AFTER I urinate which always gets slightly better once I have Cital syrup. Have been having this on and off for almost 6-7 yrs. now (have had 4-5 flare up episodes in this period)
The periods of flare up vary from 1-2 days to 60 days sometime. The burn is more and stays longer when I have a darker urine or if I am too active sexually.
IMPORTANT - I got a routine urine done ONE yr back (last time I had the flare up) – it was totally normal. Since I am going through a flare up currently, got a urine culture also done this time ( since I had not gotten this ever during any of the flare ups) - It was normal. This time I did not get a routine urine as they have always come out ok in the past when I have had similar symptoms.
I am stating the above to give you context. I have no other discomfort as such
Because of the reading I have been doing on the internet and the scare which accompanies it, I have a new doubt in my mind. I must admit I am a hypochondriac as such.
The doubt is regarding what I read somewhere about bubbles/foam in urine as an indicator of kidney disease.
This is what I have observed
1) After I pee, there are bubbles in the flush only when I pee directly into the water surface of the flush. There are more in the morning urine. These bubbles stay for a few minutes (the darker the urine, the longer the bubbles stay) and slowly go away. They always go away after flushing.
2) When I am hydrated properly (and the pee is less pale), there are fewer bubbles and which go away much faster. They always go away after flushing.
3) When I do not pee into the water of the flush but on the sides of the flush – irrespective of the color of the urine , there are no bubbles.
I have 2 questions.
1) Since there is no infection as such ( since urine culture is normal) , can I have something for the burning sensation ?….its an inflammation of the urethra I guess.
2) Am I thinking too much about the bubbles as being a kidney disorder? I do not have any other symptoms. Last I checked no DM or Hypertension. Nobody in my family has DM or HT or kidney issues ( touch wood)…. I am fed up of self diagnosis and getting urine tests done.

Brief Answer:
you can get urinalysis test done as a follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concern.
If there is no protein (which hints towards a kidney pathology) or other abnormalities detected in urinalysis/complete urine examination, then I do not think that there is any need to be concerned about this.
If you are well hydrated and do not see this kind of problem, I suggest you not to be afraid. Just to be reassured you can get urinalysis test done as a follow up.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
please find below my answers to your questions specifically
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for not being very specific but I conveyed the overall information in generalized way.
However, please find below my answers to your questions specifically-
1. You can increase the amount of water intake which can help to relieve your symptoms. Bubble formation in urine is a natural occurrence. Urine if more concentrated due to inadequate water intake can also sometimes cause this. If there is no protein detected in urinalysis, you can ignore it.
2. Yes, you are thinking a lot about it.
