What Causes Burning Sensation Along With Red Boil On Scrotum?

Few days back (Around 10 days) around 1 cm large red, soft boil was developed in my scrotum area. It was painful when I press it. I was have taken Cefixime 200 BD for 3 days then Amoxycillin with Clav with Serratiopeptidase (15mg) + Nimesulide (100 mg) twice daily since last 5 days.
The size and redness has reduced and there was no pain till yesterday. Yesterday evening there was some blood coming out of it and I pinch it to clear the blood. Only one or two drops of blood was there but I am feeling burning sensation since than in that area and some area of skin has also turned black. It is already 8 hrs but there is no relief in burning sensation in that area. skin is also a bit dry.
I am attaching picture taken 7 days back and today for your ready reference. Please advise

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.
I have gone through your question in detail along with the photographs. Your explanation of the symptoms is suggesting the natural progression of the boil. First there's inflammation, gradually it gets infected, become bigger and finally it bursts and pus and blood come out.
Since you had taken antibiotics in beginning itself, you didn't see pus but only few drops of blood. Burning sensation at the opening is a common problem.
You need to get it dressed, to cover it. Dressing will prevent further infection and you will get relief from the burning sensation too.
Regarding blackening of skin, it will improve on its own in few days.
I hope my reply will help you. Please contact us for more information and follow up queries. I wish you good health and rapid recovery.
