What Causes Burning Sensation And Nerve Pain At A Wound Site?

Question: ok I have done what the doctor said by only cleaning the wound put antibiotic cream on the outside of the wound , put wet pads on each wound and keep it wrapped. he is taking a oral antibiotic . I don't know what else to do to make it heal. he said its burning a lot and has nerve pain in the area. I took pics to show you , can you please help me as what else I can do. he doesn't see any doctors. he also is blind and he says he cant sleep with the burning. I don't know where to put the pics

Debridement has to be done.

I saw the pic.
There are 3 necrotic patches over the limb.There is no use of simply doing cleaning and dressing.
The dark layer that is seen at 3 sites is dead tissue.
It has to be removed(Debridement) .Then,the wound will heal.After removing the dead tissue, the wound should be cleaned daily and Ointment containing Povidone iodine should be applied.
Nothing to worry.It will be healed.

ok but how can i get the 3 necrotic patches off the limb? Like I said he goes to no doctors at all. He will only let me work on his legs or anything else that goes wrong. So what can i do ? Please I really need your help. What can i do to get those off his shin?

The patches can be removed by a STERILE SURGICAL BLADE or Scissors.They can be removed easily.

that sounds easy but i cant even touch them without him saying they hurt. i do see little holes in the wounds and pus is coming out. but he will not let me touch them with any scissors or knife . anyother ideas that would be easier for me to do
