Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would first like to inquire on the exact location; you mentioned the burning sensation and mild numbness to be in the region to the right of your right testicle and this is on your inner leg region, on your scrotum or in the skin region that connects your leg to your pelvic region. I am basically asking if this was on your skin, leg or scrotum region sir? I would grately appreciate your response.
Based on the location and if you can feel a swelling in the testicles as well, I shall respond with my list of possibilities sir. I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further. :)
Best wishes sir.

The tenderness is on the inside of my leg right where it joins the pelvis next to my scrotum. I also notice some slight tenderness and swelling moving up toward the pubic area on the right side. I was thinking that i may have pulled something while working out. Have some shooting pain like a bee sting occasionally right where my leg joins my pelvis.
Pulled muscle or ligament; should subside in 3-10 days
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Based on the current information, your problem does seem to be related to both the muscles in the region and also the ligament and tendons. I would recommend the following:
+Rest
+Cold packs to the affected region (however it can be manoeuvred)
+Gentle and careful stretching of the muscles in the region can be done by slowly by stretching the leg(s)
+Using anti-inflammatory medications to help reduce swelling and also relieve pain
+Heat packs when there is mild and/or pulsatile pain
I would also like you to know that your pain and soreness should subside in about 3-10 days. But if at all it doesn't then please do write back to me and I shall guide you from there on.
Best of luck sir.
