Brief Answer:
Causes vary.......

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank your for query.
I saw the message. Pain over glans penis can be due to urinary tract infection, Poor hygiene, Prostatitis, Balanitis, Allergic reaction to soaps.
Maintain personal hygiene, Drink lot of fluids to avoid UTI.
Get a urine routine done, If it is normal, Then get it examined by an urologist.

Get back to me if any query.

Regards,
Dr VSK
