I have strong burning at and around the outside end of my penis. Not just when urinating, but steady burning. Started slightly about 2 days ago, and now at 4:00 AM, is very constant . I am 94, male, in relatively good health. I make it a point to drink a lot, and need to urinate frequently, day and night.

Thanks for query .Pain around the external urinary meatus and around it could be mostly due to Inflammation or Infection of terminal part of urethra or Glans penis (Balanitis) However the diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination in person or have a look at photograph of the penis .
I shall be happy if you can upload photograph of Glans Penis so as to help me in making precise comments and suggestions .
Get your routine urine test and culture done to rule out infection .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
