What Causes Urine Leakage After An Infection In Urethral Meatus?

I have an infection in my urethral meatus...? I left it three weeks as I had a bathlin cyst and thought it was related, but I cured the cyst by sitting in a salt bath... I have been put on antibiotics now for this infection, but although a little better I am not back to normal, I can still feel the bubble like feeling when stood up, and I am leaking urine even after using the loo...? Has something been missed? as I don't have any pain, it is not sore...
