What Causes Burning Sensation At Urethral Opening Of Penis?
Question: Some burning sensation on the entrance (tip) of my penis, some feeling of flowing liquid/fluid on the tip. no discharge, no pus, no stain on my briefs. some antibiotics (doxycycline, metronidazole) was administered at our local health center. Please help me understand.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning sensation at the tip of penis .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected intra vaginal sex or oral sex ?
2) Do you have other urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination ,etc ?
3) Does your female partner or wife have vaginal infection ?
The burning sensation at the tip of urethra and clear watery discharge is mostly due to inflammation of urethra mucosa of terminal part of urethra.
You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic test done to establish diagnosis .
1) Routine urine test and culture
2) Swab test and culture of a discharge from the tip of the penis.
In the mean while continue taking antibiotics that you are taking along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily.
Further treatment will be decide by him based on results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Yes Yes i recently hard an unprotected sex about three to four weeks ago. yes there is burning at times but not always. I divorced. I cant say if this person I had sex with is infected. Has she infected me? if so then I will need to call her back to the city. she is an old friend from the provinces.
