Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Burning sensation while urination is due to urinary tract infection, which is common in pregnancy.
Pain in the cervix can be due to the associated vaginal infection or due to the pressure of the fetus on the cervix.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, investigated with urine examination and take appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
