Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It is nice to hear from you again.
Burning during urination and frequency ( increased urge to urinate and passing sometimes only a few drops ) is classical of the beginning of a UTI.
So yes, your symptoms point towards a UTI.
This diagnosis is easily confirmed by testing.
Please submit your early morning midstream urine sample for a urine routine microscopy testing and a urine culture examination.
This will confirm the condition, identify the offending organism and direct the appropriate therapy to be started.
The lack of odour, vaginal itching, redness or a foul discharge all point towards the lack of an accompanying vaginal / pelvic infection.
Meanwhile, as you await the test results, please stay hydrated.
Drink a lot of fluids, atleast 5 litres of water daily.
Drink lots of cranberry juice too, it helps.
Avoid using public washrooms, and maintain strict perineal hygiene.
Do not use medicated soaps or cleansers, gels, douches etc, just clean with lukewarm water.
Have protected sex till the infection is treated.
All the best

Detailed Answer:
Yes, those two should do it.
I would strongly recommend the urine testing too, so that once the pathogen is identified, appropriate antibiotics maybe started.
Take care.

Where do you live ?
How you go about the testing depends on the health care structure in your country.
YEs, the abdominal discomfort is also a marker of UTI.
