What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

Question: the tip of my penus is burning , I started pissing razor blades, but don't think claymidia would cause this much pain. its been over a week

its not a urinary infection, I had discharge , I thought chlamydia , but worst pain at tip of penus. if I wake up with erection its the most pain ever.
