What Causes Burning Sensation In Ankles Along With Cold Feet?
Question: I feel burning sensation in my ankles on the front part and I have cold feet.

I have studied your case and I think that this burning sensation and cold feet can be due to anxiety. As you are also having difficulty in sleep and stress so It can also cause such symptoms. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Do not be panic as I believe you do not have any disease.
2.Take vitamin B 12, D3, and calcium to improve your bones and nerves.
3.If you feel difficulty in sleep or stress than a psychiatric counselling may help.
4.Check your blood to see of you still have anemia.
