What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest?

Question: My mom is 88 and pretty much bedridden, she is experienceing aburning sensation fro her chest area down to the top of her legs, but pain in her legs also. She is not urinating very much. I have been trying to get her to drink water. She will not go to the dr. Or the ER. She is ready to go be with my Dad.?????

It appears she is having a myocardial infarction and she needs to be taken to ER. Convincing her is necessary. Any possible emotions to be tried to convince her. Otherwise difficult for her to survive.
Her low urine output could be due to reduced intake and additionally myocardial infarction induced hypotension.
She might require forced medical support with sedation in ER.
