Dear XXXXXXX
It seems that either you have reflux disease or non-ulcer dyspepsia.
My suggestion is that you should take a combination of rabeprazole and domperidone for about 4 weeks, along with some deworming medicine. A physician in your locality can prescribe these medicines. If you improve then one can try to taper and stop these medicines, however, if the symptoms continue then you will need certain blood tests, ultrasound examination and an endoscopy.
You also need to restrict spicy and fried food. take less of tea and coffee. if you smoke then either stop it or reduce it. Hope my suggestions help you.
Best wishes,
Dr Dinesh Singal

Dear XXXXXXX
Reflux is a disease also called GERD, where acid from stomach refluxes into esophagus causing burning in chest and nausea. Nonulcer dyspepsia is discomfort in upper abdomen and mid chest due to excess acid in stomach and gastritis. There is no ulcer on endoscopy in this case.
Hope you understood what these diseases are.
