Brief answer....need to be investigated
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
A decade is really a very longtime for you to have suffered from heartburn.
Pain in upper area of stomach after eating can be sign of several gastrointestinal problems which include...
GERD ( gastroesophageal reflux disease )
Hiatus hernia
Peptic ulcer
Gastritis or esophagitis

You need to get a endoscopy done along with a possible biopsy to know the exact cause for your problem. The best would be to consult a gastroenterologist and get the proper management done.
Till you consult him do the following ....
Avoid spicy, fatty foods, citrus fruits and tomatoes
Avoid alcohol and smoking
Avoid coffee,caffeinated drinks,onions,mint,chocolate
Avoid pain killers.
Take light dinner
Avoid lying down for at least 2 hours after meals
Take six small meals instead of 3 large meals
Sleep in night with head end raised
Continue taking REZO - D in the morning on empty stomach.
Do regular exercises.
Avoid constipation and drink plenty of water.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
