Brief Answer:
Self care and specific needful treatment under expert care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I have read it & understood your concern.
Actually the delicate anal lining after surgery may not stand spices in your routine food . Still let us enlist few more possibilities.
- Bad local hygiene /fecal incontinence after surgery may lead to anal infection &the burning.
-Anal itching due to any cause ( skin infection, worm infestation)may lead to it.
- Abnormal bowel habits like constipation or diarrhea can irritate anus &lead to it.
- Stds like gonorrhea, chlamydia can cause such burning.
*In view to diagnose.. you need expert advise of an ano rectal surgeon & necessary investigations followed by specific treatment.
*self care would help in healing.
-A good anogenital hygiene.
-Avoiding diarrhea or constipation (plenty of water &fibers in food)& needful treatment of diarrhea.( bowel infections, infestations, food sensitivities)
-Having daily twice sitz bath.
-Get needful skin treatment.
*Thus self care &expert's help would relieve you of the problem.
I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.
