What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest When Diagnosed With Chronic Pharyngitis?

Question: Hi ,
I'm xxxxxx from XXXXXXX Last year 2016 February month I used tobacco .For only one month.In March month I woke up with some stiffness in my right side throat.When I eat something I had a burning sensation in chest.It existed for March and April 2016.
When I consulted specialist ENT surgeon he said throat is infected so he gave antibiotics.But that didn't work.After one week I went to same doctor and said everything.He touched my throat and said it may be usage of tobacco.He prescribed diovol,pan 40,cefatex.

When I consulted another ENT specialist he said this is chronic pharyngitis.He suggested take throat swab .

Now what can I do???Keep on watching my weight it is same.There is no problem in eating.

Now the problem is little stiffness in my right side neck and inside my mouth looks like pharyngitis.

Kindly help......

You are probably suffering from pharyngitis with gastric reflux disease. Prolonged tobacco use causes harmful side effects, I don't think the present concern is due to tobacco. Only that tobacco might have aggravated the symptoms. So please don't use it again.

Take tablet amoxyclav 625 twice daily
Tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily
Tablet vitamin c once daily
Hexidine gargles
Take all for a week.

I have taken throat swab test.But the result is negative.
No organisms grown in culture.Kindly suggest what to do.ENT specialist will be available on Monday.He is well experienced. Kindly suggest .Thank you.
