What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis Shaft After Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: Hi I received unprotected oral sex about a week ago and two days ago I felt a little burning on the tip of my penis which comes and goes, sometimes after I urinate and now my testicles sort of feel sore/slight pain and are more sensitive than usual causing some abdominal pain as well. How worried should I be???

You need to take antibiotic like Doxicyclime and anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .To keep urine alkaline.

STD is transmitted through by intra vaginal sex with infected person and not otherwise .

If you had only oral sex there is no need to do any tests .

thank you for the answers, im going to go try to get that prescription right now but i have one more question. what are the chances i could have acquired herpes? is it possible to have acquired an infection and herpes but not find about the herpes until later? me and my girlfriend always have unprotected sex but i havent had sex with her since i received the oral. do you think after the week of antibiotics i should be okay to have sex with her again?
