What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis?
Question: I have ulcers inside my penis and on the mouth. Exceuriating pain while i pee, taken augmantion 1000 (amox) and cifran 500 2 tab 2 daily

Thanks for your query , based on the facts and reports that you have posted it appears that you have developed ulcers over penis and tongue .
The burning pain could be due to UTI and ulcers on the mouth could be due to opthus stomatitis.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did yo have unprotected sex with unknown woman very recently ?
2) Do you you have any discharge from penis ?
Please Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis .
1) Urine Routine and culture(both of them should be done, as there's only urine routine examination uploaded here) ..
2) Basic screening tests for STD and HIV
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily . Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Apply topical soothing agent like Zytee in the mouth cavity .This will help to get relief from ulcers in the mouth.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
