Question : I have burning through my urethra most of my urinations. i have been tested for many things all coming back negitive. This has gone on 30 years.

You could be having Interstitial cystitis. It is difficult to comment without actually examining you.

I would suggest you to
- Drink loads of water
- I would start tablet Norfloxacin . Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage - this will wall off the infection.
- Get a pelvic ultrasound done.

Visit a uro-gynaecologist.. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
