What Causes Burning Sensation On Penis Tip While Ejaculating?
Question: Hello Doc,
I recently had slight burning sensation at the tip of my penis while ejaculating.I do not have any burning sensation while urinating Is this anything related to any of the STD's. I am bit concerned about this.. What could be the causes?
Full history:
I was in canada for sometime and had protected sex with 2 prostitutes(however through out the time I was not able to get an erection or maintain one..this happened 4 months back), when I moved back to XXXXXXX i got groin infection and I used Terbest ointment and candid powder along with oral Terbest tablets.
I recently got married and I am worried.I have gone through some STD tests as suggested by the doc and all my reports are clean. however, when I got this pain during ejaculation I am worried..
Pls suggest what needs to be done. Thank you..

Brief Answer:
complete urine exam and take good amount of water
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your fear and concern. Slight burning sensation at the tip of my penis may usually be t urinary tract infection(which is not std) or inadequate intake of water. I suggest to rule out these two things first before fearing about std.
For this, I suggest to undergo a complete urine exam and take good amount of water, looking for any changes in your symptoms.
However, based on your sexual history, std can also be suspected(which present little late) but provided the above two things are ruled out
Thanks!
