Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Since when does she have this symptoms? What is her blood pressure and heart rate?
Such symptoms can be caused by blood pressure drop, dehydration, low glucose level, heart issues (arrhythmia, valves issues), brain issues (stroke, tumor). Stomach does not seem to be the main reason.
For sure it is necessary for her to have basic tests done at first. Heart ECG, blood work, glucose level, blood pressure monitoring. Cardiologist should see her.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

She has experienced the burning in her stomach not very often as it comes and goes. The symptoms started last night but she had a similar episode last week again no fever. Could not eating very much during the day cause symptoms of Hypo Glausemia?
Brief Answer:
Yes, this could cause hypoglycemia.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, if she was not able to eat at all, hypoglycemia can be the reason.
Burning in her stomach can be due to acid reflux, some stomach inflammation or even an ulcer (however this mostly gives pain after foods intake).
Please follow as advised above.
