Brief Answer:
provide some more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sensory symptoms like burning and tingling in asymmetrical fashion with involvement of some portion of limb in area supplied by particular nerve may be due to compression of nerve roots.
Length dependent sensory symptoms involving lower limb and then upper limb may be due to length dependent neuropathy.
You have to provide some more specific details like neck pain, back pain, radiating pain, urinary complains, wasting and thinning of limbs and any comorbid illness like diabetes.
Please upload images of your Mri for better evaluation of your disease.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
