Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Re-read the first question and the follow-up.
Noted that all the relevant tests related to your problems are normal except for low testosterone level that went back to normal after months.
SIBO will be done soon.
You have practically undergone all the relevant tests. When all the tests are normal as you have mentioned, then the diagnosis is by exclusion and is taken as IBS.
IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. The exact cause is not known. Hence the treatment is also empirical, subjective to each individual and by trial and error method.
I would advise you the following:
- There are very good medicines for symptomatic control. You have to get a considerate Doctor so that he understand your problems and advise the medications accordingly. All medicines are prescription-medicines hence I can not write you any but your Doctor can really help you out nicely.
- Try to find out the foods, beverages and any other factors that instigate or enhance your problems and stop them altogether. This helps a lot.
- Let us see the result os SIBO
- Try Activated charcoal tablets, continue probiotics.
- Change over like a long vacation far away from home and office without XXXXXXX and net connections helps in some of my patients the best. Try if you can and please give me the feedback.
I hope this answer helps you.

Why so long with yellow stools no matter what I eat any suggestion and those stomach gurgles that won't stop no matter what I eat?
Brief Answer:
Faster transit of foods does not allow the proper color transformation
Detailed Answer:
Yellow stools is indicative of IBS.
This happens due to the fact that the food transit is bit faster in such conditions not allowing sufficient for the changes of bilirubin to get converted to the brown pigment that gives color to the stool.
Yellow color is due to undigested fat and bilirubin that has not sufficient time to get converted to the brown color.
So, I think the color yellow is not a major issue at all.
Stomach gurgle in your case indicate faster transit hence more movements of the intestine and hence the gurgle that will not stop no matter what you eat.
I hope this answers your query.
