Do you have a history of diabetes or any peripheral vascular disease ? No not that I know of. I have noticed that I am going to the bathroom during the day more often.
Do you smoke cigarettes ? Never have.
Has this sensation started recently or has this been present for long ? Please specify the time period. It started about a week and half ago and it starts in the morning when I sit down at work but it goes away. It does not happen everyday.
Does this buzzing sensation occur with prolong sitting or generally when you sit down ? When it does happen which is not everyday it starts in the morning when I sit down at work and then lasts for a while and goes away. It may come back during the day or it may not.
What medications are you currently using ? No.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Rule out Genito urinary Tract Infection Diabetes, flow studies if persists.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again Gregg,
Thanks for answering the questions.
Based upon your history and description of the symptoms, Diabetes and Genitourinary tract infection should be ruled out by doing a Fasting blood sugar, HBA1C and urine R/E. Try to loosen out your clothing so that there is less compression on the vessels and adequate blood flow. If the symptoms start to be persistent despite the above measures or if the above causes are ruled out and the time duration of these sensation starts increasing then an Ultrasound of the scrotum and pelvic flow studies can be advised to look for any circulatory issues, in consult with a Urologist.
wishing you best of health
Please consult your doctor before deciding on any further course of action.
