For how long have you been exercising? If this is a recent observation, then it might be explained by the fact that you are not adapted yet to the amount of exercise. However, if you continue to carry on this activity, then you would for sure adapt to this and would no longer feel the pains. Regular exercises and progressive increase in intensity would help address this.

In all, continue with progressive increase in level of activity and avoid any abrupt increases that may lead to unexpected pains. Let me know if this is something you would want to do and report results and progress to me.
