You are just anxious, I would suggest you to relax, you are fine. Scrotum usually change shape and size due to muscle contraction, which is happening to maintain the testis temperature.

I would suggest you to relax, as you are anxious, you can consider seeing doctor for examination, to clear your own doubt.
