Brief Answer:
Problem with gut microbiota.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

In general, the human gastrointestinal system is highly sensitive to spicy foods, greasy foods and foods cooked with animal fats. Dairy or lactose intolerance, wheat intolerance and gluten intolerance leadplays a fundamental role in human digestion.

Gut bacteria have a large repertoire of enzymes that break down complex sugars into simple sugars through fermentation.Gut microbiota consists microbe population living in our intestine. Our gut microbiota contains tens of trillions of microorganisms. These Bacteria Help Digest and Absorb Foods.Lactobacillus in particular helps ferment indigestible carbohydrates and supports the breakdown of sugars as a byproduct of its fermentation process, Lactobacillus bacteria produce lactic acid and gases. Our gut relies on nerves, muscles, enzymes, and neurotransmitters to properly digest food. While enzymes mainly break down our food, the nerves, muscles and neurotransmitters physically move the food through our digestive tract from the stomach to the small intestine and to the colon. When this happens in a healthy gut, bacteria gets passed through the digestive tract along with the food to its final destination in the colon. A problem in any of these can cause overall problem with digestion.
Damage to the nerves or muscles in the gut can result in leftover bacteria in the small intestine, increasing your risk for SIBO.

Probiotics are live microorganisms that are similar to beneficial microorganisms found in the human gut. They are "friendly bacteria" Probiotics come mainly in the form of dietary supplements and foods.Take it daily.

Tests suggested are-
Comprehensive Stool Analysis test - This test apart from paraite or harmful bacteria helps to diagnose the microbiota of gut.Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacteria, two of the most important friendly bacteria which are found in natural, organic yoghurt. These are very beneficial to intestinal health. This test analyses them.

Breath Test: This is the gold standard, however it’s quite cumbersome. Individuals must fast for 12 hours, breathe into a small balloon, ingest a precise amount of sugar, and repeat breath samples every 15 minutes for 3 or more hours. Abnormal breath tests can also signify digestive enzyme insufficiency.Which may be responsible for mixed stool formation.
Organix Dysbiosis Test: This functional test the urine for by-products of yeast or bacteria in the small intestine. If your small intestine is having yeast or bacterial overgrowth, byproducts will appear in your urine, indicating their presence.

Secretin Stimulation Test
Secretin is a hormone made by the small intestine. Secretin stimulates the pancreas to release a fluid that neutralizes stomach acid and aids in digestion. The secretin stimulation test measures the ability of the pancreas to produce these digestive enzymes.

The fecal elastase test is another test of pancreas function. The test measures the levels of elastase, an enzyme found in fluids produced by the pancreas. Elastase digests (breaks down) proteins.

A complete evaluation of gut should be done to rule out the cause of problem.
Enzyme supplements and medication could be started accordingly.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Tests suggested are-
Stool test for ova and cyst.
Ultrasonogram abdomen.

Don't over do any exrecise. Try increasing your capacity gradually. Pain after doing exercise means that your body is not comfortable to the amonunt or magnitude of lifting you are doing.
So i would suggest you to do things gradually. Increase exercise capacity by 10% every week.
