What Causes Chest And Back Pain?
Question: I have been suffering from chest and back pain for last 4 months. I have undergone cardiology evaluation also and doctors have concluded that this is a musculo skeletal pain. I was given Nexito Plus Tab for 30 days. But I am in constant fear of a heart attack and always think that I am having an attack. This has generated a sense of depression in me. I am 41 years old healthy male. Please help
