Brief Answer:
Bring it to your doctors notice...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Subtle or mild congestion and chest tightness that occurs occasionally is usually not concerning. It may be due to acid reflux, effects of smoking, anxiety or other non sinister causes. However if they occur very frequently and troubles you more, you should bring it to the doctors notice.
In the current circumstance, try to quit smoking completely. Avoid spicy, deep fried and smoked food. Avoid going to the bed immediately after dinner. Include exercise, yoga and meditation in your life style. And keep yourself free from stress effects.
Regards
