Brief Answer:
Please visit the emergency of a hospital without delay.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
There could be a number of causes of your chest pain. The causes range from harmless spasm of oesophageal muscles (relating to hyperacidity) to serious cardiac crisis situations. You should not wait for it to subside on its own. You should seek immediate medical assistance. The swelling of the lymph nodes could indicate some infection in the related region. But it needs clinical examination and correlation to comment definitively.
Please visit the emergency of a hospital without delay.

I can't get to the hospital today its now hurting more
Brief Answer:
It is very important to get yourself evaluated by a doctor.
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry for being unable to respond earlier. You may try taking sorbitrate (isosorbide dinitrate) and see if you get relief. Another medicine that I would suggest is prilosec (omeprazole). Both are available over the counter. See if you get relief. It is not possible to determine the appropriate intervention without careful clinical evaluation. For you it could mean a life-and-death scenario. I will still urge you to get yourself checked by a doctor. That is very important.
Hope you understand.
