What Causes Chest Pain, Anxiety And Feeling Of Ectopic Beat While Sleeping?
Question: I have a feeling of discomfort just between my diamphaam full feeling sometimes feels like an etopic beat is causes discomfort when I try to sleep on my left side,it feels like I have an anxious feeling in my stomach, have a lot of wind I eat small meals,I feel I am having a heart attack

In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.
They will examine / do EKG and Blood test (Cardiac markers) / observe
If all well, you need further investigation at leisure – like a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT) / upper GI Endoscopy (Gastroscopy)
Your symptoms are not typical of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, it is better to have it excluded and that must be the priority….
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise
