What Causes Chest Pain, Breathing Difficulty, Arm Pain And Dizziness?

Question: hi my name is XXXX im 25 female i work midnights at a factory about a month and a half before i started this job i was in the er where i live for chest pains heaving breathing lightheaded dizzy and the pains would go down into my arm like i was having a heart attack. my resting heart rate was high they did a whole lot of tests eventually they found out my muscle walls around my heart were inflamed. they gave me flexeral and sent me on my way... they dont know what caused it. ummm i know i deal with anxiety and depression but i was fine i wasnt doing anything stressful or strenueous. i just want to know what could of caused this ive never had any problems. so why now all of a sudden.
