What Causes Chest Pain, Constant Burping, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?
Question: I'm having chest pain and continuous burping and very gasey pain seems to come and go.

But since you are a 50 year old male, I would like to rule out any cardiac cuses of chest pain particularly coronary artery disease before initiating treatment for gastritis .
ECG is required at this time to rule out cardiac issues.
I recommend that you go the emergency room to get ECG done.
