Question: I have had a recent echo and nuclear scan of my heart which have both come back OK. All day I have been feeling very drunk and cannot concentrate. I have occasional sharp pains in the chest which only last a few seconds and then go away but come back. There is no pattern.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
There is nothing dangerous, it can be a muscle pain, or a pain related to spine problems, which are quite common nowadays, as people have sedentary lifestyle and don't have correct posture.
Be attentive to keep correct posture, do regular exercises, be much in fresh air, have regular sleep and keep your blood sugar and pressure within normal ranges.
Take care
