What Causes Chest Pain, Dizziness, Tingling Hands And Painful Head?

Question: Hi, I think I may have just had a panic attack, but I'm not sure because I've never had one before. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. A few hours after being awake, I started feeling a sort of dread in my chest/stomach, and it spread to my hands and feet. I felt a bit dizzy and my head hurt a bit, and it just really freaked me out. It came about when I was thinking about how my head has been hurting for a couple of weeks (I've had a very dull pain on the left side, a little above the forehead, not constantly but I've noticed it a few times every day). I'm feeling a little better now, but I'm still kind of have a headache in my forehead and my hands feel very weird, sort of tingly and like they'd float away if they weren't attached to me. Sorry for the long question but should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:
Panic attack is a possibility....
Detailed Answer:
Hi there....
It is quite possible your symptoms were due to anxiety.
However, low blood sugar levels, acidity, thyroid abnormalities can also cause similar symptoms. Did you skip dinner that night.
Get investigations like blood sugars, thyroid levels, hemoglobin, vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels checked. Also , blood pressure.
Have well balanced meals. Drink 8-10 glasses of water.
