Question: I have chest pain, headaches, full feeling in my stomach, numbness in the upper left side of the abdomen and cramps all over my body

You may be having migraine headache with abdominal symptoms and anxiety.
What is the location, severity and character of headache?
Any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Any aggravating or releiving factors?
For treatment you can take amitryptiline, Flunarizine, proton pump inhibitors with domperidone for abdominal pain.
Multi vitamin and calcium can be taken for generalized pain.
