What Causes Chest Pain Radiating Towards Back?

Hypertensive crisis and TIA...
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting.
I read your query very carefully and I understand your concerns.
According to all of your symptoms, I think that you have experienced a hypertensive crisis and TIA(transient ischemic attack).
Cerebral transient ischemic attack is caused by hypertensive crisis.
While hypertensive crisis is caused by primary or secondary hypertension.
The greatest probability is that the hypertensive crisis is caused by secondary hypertension, because low potassium level tells that you might have kidney problems.
However, to find the real cause of hypertension you should measure your blood pressure everyday for 2 weeks. For a precise result blood pressure should be measured by your General and Family Physician.
The results will show if you suffer from primary hypertension.
An Adrenal Gland CT-scan and an urine test are necessary in order to check kidney conditions and to rule out secondary hypertension.
You also need a brain MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging), for checking brain condition.
Contact your cardiologist and your nephrologist for the diagnosis.
Ask me for anything unclear.
All the best,
Dr. Behar.
