Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry about, it looks like GERD...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

several ECG, chest x ray, blood work and Ct heart scan all together can exclude any life threatening condition including cardiac problems. So you shouldn't worry about.

However other examinations are needed to find out the right cause of your problems. If you were my patiens I would suggest to do:
- abdominal ultrasound and upper endoscopy. My opinion is that you are suffering from GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease or stomach acid reflux) and this examinations are of help in that direction.
- cardiac Echo, holter monitoring and stress test. This will definitely will rule out any cardiac conerns.

Wish you health!
