Muscle twiches/ heart rhythm may be considered.

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There are two possibilities. One is muscle twiches. These may be related to vitamin, trace elements and minerals deficiency. It will be benefitted by supplements of these elements.
Second possibility of some disturbance of heart rhythm. These can be felt as muscle twiches. It is not so serious as there is no other symptoms. But it is advised to consult physician for it. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having muscle twiches.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
You are likely to be having muscle twiches as your ECG is normal. What was result of your x ray? You can take vitamin and trace elements supplements. You can get your vitamin D level and if found low you can take supplements of it.
